Description MesGen Transfer Buffer is optimized for the transfer of proteins from protein gels to membranes for western blotting. When combined with 20% methanol, WB Transfer Buffer can be used with the Mini Blot Module for wet transfer. 10X : 250mM Tris, 1.92M Glycine and 0.1% SDS. ( 20% methanol self added ) Applications To make 1X Transfer Buffer from 10X : Mix 100 ml of 10X Transfer Buffer, 200 ml of methanol and 700 ml of ddH2O per liter Shipping Condition Store container at room temperature (4° to 25° C) prior to opening. If desired, the solution may be stored at 4° C or less. Some salts may precipitate out of solution at lower temperature. Allow buffer to equilibrate to room temperature (4° to 25° C) to restore solubility of some salts. For Research Use Only. Not For Use In Diagnostic Procedures.
